Today, we are speaking with Vedarth Deshpande, who is 26 years old and founder of Socinova & Trigacy, a social media and digital marketing firm with operations in several countries. They have collaborated with over 1500 organizations over the last two years from over 20 different countries.

If you have time, please give us some personal information about yourself.

I created Socinova when I was 19 years old. I had to drop out of college because of poor grades. I always wanted to be in charge of a company, and whenever I saw a chance, I grabbed it. Today, after working with over 1500 people in all 50+ countries over the last six years, I am considered an industry professional in social media for small businesses.

How did you get into the line of work you’re in your current profession? What can you tell us about your life story?

In December of 2014, I came across some websites that were currently being used for freelance work for making money such as Fiverr. And, I recalled, “Oh, yeah, this would be lovely, this is precisely where I want to be.” At that point, something changed. My clients wanted to know if I could expand on this and explain this. I’m a firm believer in always in saying “yes” as it helps me to experience new things. As for that, that’s what I did. Over time, I have embraced opportunities that have presented themselves and this is how Socinova began to grow.

The answer to this question will vary depending on who you ask.

My role model is my dad, Mr. Shriram Deshpande, who himself is a lifetime company owner and a Chartered Accountant in India. I think it is my own good fortune that I inherited everything from him. He and my family helped me in my company’s early stages, so that is why I became involved.

How do you get your ideas?

What I’m most excited by is the exciting future of technology. Every day brings new ways to fight old problems, which allows me to do more and realize the world of tomorrow than the one of today. I have one and only one goal and that is to help advance technologies that improve the lives of others.

I am the founder and CEO of Socinova & Trigacy, a socially responsible and highly affordable digital marketing firm. As a social media consulting firm, we take a very inclusive approachable and hands-on approach to startups and small companies to assist them on their start-up and development. we are a company dedicated to creating websites, optimizing them for search engine, setting up social media accounts, and offering marketing services.

Using our social media management system on a monthly basis instead of full-time for a small companies would not only save them money, but allow them to free themselves from the hassle of social media. There’s just much to explain. Since June 30th, 2014, we’ve been in a constant state of expansion

If you could only pick one answer, what would it be?

What has left the deepest impression on me is the day I founded my company on December 10th, 2014. To be more accurate, I recall stepping into the office and having no idea about what I should do next. I had never worked in any kind of organization before and had never been contacted by anybody before; nobody was interested in talking to me. My company’s launch was the first time I had been completely on my own and began my first career experience.

Which social media platforms do you use to do you think have the greatest impact on your target audience? Is there something unique about the social media content that attracts your audiences?

I’ve found that Facebook and LinkedIn do a great job for me. If I use Facebook to keep in touch with my friends and colleagues, I will help build my professional reputation. On the other hand, if I use it to stay in touch with company contacts, it serves that purpose as well. Thus, I want to keep my posts up to date and interesting for my fans, and that is why they are engaged.

What are you most concerned about?

My worst fear is that I will no longer be able to live. I want to be busy doing things as long as I live. This is one of the better jobs I’ve had in a long time.

“What if we go back and go through everything we’ve discussed, and see if there is something you think we could have understood more in the past?”

As a fresh college graduate, I didn’t know a lot about it. I was in my early teen years when I was most closed-off. It would be nice if I were more sociable and I might have developed my business quicker. Being an introvert, I was slow to become part of groups, particularly because I prefer to spend time alone.

What tactics did you use in your life/journey that helped you get to where you are today?
To summarize, my plan is to say simply, my goal is to be committed, and to pursue the basics. I started small and built to what I could do. By doing more, I have the ability to offer more. As far as I’m concerned, change is done that way.

The answer to what you keep coming back to no matter how bad it gets is: Belief in yourself.

There is no place for other choices for me to go, if I fail; feeling that I have nothing else to rely on keeps me alive. At the moment, I don’t have much else to do but this job, and no relevant qualifications, and so I’m here. Socinova & Trigacy are the only aspects of my life I focus on, and I put all my effort into them.

Is there anything you’d like to say to our readers?

There is only one thing I want people to remember about this publication: You are not perfect yet. If you don’t have anything else, just start with what you have. This is said to show that the forest would be entirely silent if only the bird species which have the greatest singing ability would be heard.
